I tried all that changing flasher and checking fuses didn't work just take your turn signal switch out and spray it with contact cleaner it will work jeeps for some reason has a issue with the contacts getting dirty try that I bet it will work. The problem is mechanical. The left turn signal works fine. If the above fails, then may have a bad connection between the VIC and Convenience Center. Check connections for Turn Signal Flasher output Pin #T2 at the Convenience Center (located under the driver side dash). Should have two BK/OR wires. One routes to VIC Pin #6.
